An Integrated Approach to Mental Health Care
Mental health treatment can feel fragmented. One provider prescribes medication. Another provides therapy. Important information may not always be shared, leaving you to make sense of the different pieces on your own.
At Vessel Clinic, your care is brought together.
Depending on your needs, your personalized plan considers:
Psychiatric evaluation
Medication management
Individual therapy
Spravato® treatment
Intramuscular ketamine treatment
Integration therapy
In-person and telehealth appointments
Your psychiatric provider and therapist collaborate so that each part of your treatment supports the same goals.
We are especially committed to helping adults who feel stuck in their mental health care, have not found enough relief through previous approaches, or want a more thoughtful and comprehensive path forward.

Psychiatric Evaluations
Your care begins with an opportunity to look at the full picture.
During your psychiatric evaluation, a provider will review your medical and psychiatric history, current symptoms, previous treatment experiences, and personal goals. This helps the team determine which services and treatment options may be appropriate for you.

IM Ketamine Treatment
Intramuscular ketamine may provide another avenue of care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or other persistent mental health concerns.
At Vessel Clinic, IM ketamine is not offered as an isolated procedure. Every medication session is paired with integration therapy to help you understand your experience and connect it to your broader treatment goals.
-
The IM ketamine series includes:
Six IM ketamine treatments over approximately three to six weeks
Six integration therapy sessions—one paired with each treatment
Medical monitoring and vital-sign checks during every session
A personalized course of care led by psychiatric and therapeutic providers
A separate psychiatric evaluation is required before beginning treatment.
-
Each appointment lasts approximately two hours.
The medication generally begins taking effect within minutes, with the primary experience lasting approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Trained medical staff monitor you throughout the appointment in a safe, comfortable environment.
A driver is required after every IM ketamine treatment.
Maintenance sessions may be recommended based on your response and ongoing needs.
-
Single session: $475
Series of six: $2,700
Monthly maintenance: $850 per month

Medication Management
Medication can be one part of a broader, coordinated treatment plan.
Ongoing psychiatric appointments allow your provider to assess your response, discuss concerns, adjust treatment when appropriate, and support your progress over time.
-
Medication-management appointments may include:
Review of symptoms and progress
Medication response and side effects
Treatment adjustments
Coordination with your therapist
Recommendations for additional support
-
Psychiatric follow-up: $250
Medication management is commonly covered by insurance. Coverage varies by plan.
Spravato® Treatment
Spravato® is a prescription nasal medication administered in the clinic under medical supervision.
Patients first complete a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether Spravato may be appropriate. When prescribed, our team will help obtain insurance authorization when applicable.
Every Spravato medication session also includes an integration therapy session.
-
A typical Spravato appointment lasts approximately two hours.
During your visit, you will self-administer the medication under medical supervision and remain in the clinic for observation. Our team will monitor your safety, comfort, and response throughout the appointment.
-
No.
In accordance with Spravato® safety requirements, patients may not drive or operate machinery until the following day after a restful sleep.
You must arrange transportation home after every appointment.
-
Spravato may be covered by insurance when prescribed and authorized.
Private-pay rates are:
Single session: $1,300

Individual Therapy
Work with a therapist who understands your broader treatment plan and collaborates with your psychiatric provider when appropriate.
Therapy can help you explore emotional patterns, develop practical tools, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
-
Individual therapy may help with:
Depression
Anxiety
Trauma and PTSD
Mood disorders
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
Emotional regulation
Integration following ketamine or Spravato treatment
-
Individual therapy: $250 per session
Individual therapy is commonly covered by insurance. Coverage varies by plan.
Integration Therapy
Ketamine and Spravato experiences can bring forward new thoughts, emotions, memories, or perspectives. Integration therapy gives you dedicated space to understand what arose and connect it to your life and treatment goals.
At Vessel Clinic, integration is not treated as an optional extra. It is a required part of every IM ketamine and Spravato treatment plan.
-
Integration therapy may help you:
Reflect on your treatment experience
Identify meaningful insights or emotional themes
Connect those insights to daily life
Work through difficult material that may arise
Translate the experience into practical next steps
Maintain continuity with your broader mental health care
-
Each medication session includes an integration therapy session at a bundled rate of $100, reduced from the regular therapy rate of $250.
The integration fee is included within the displayed IM ketamine and Spravato pricing.
Rather than administering medication and leaving you to process the experience alone, our team remains involved before, during, and after treatment.
-
Your psychiatric provider will discuss:
Your medical and psychiatric history
Current symptoms and concerns
Previous treatments and medications
Your goals for care
Which services may be appropriate
After the evaluation, your recommendations may include medication management, individual therapy, Spravato®, IM ketamine, or a combination of services.
-
Initial psychiatric evaluation: $350
