Meet Divi…
Divi is a multi-faceted facilitator of depth work and a dedicated advocate for embodied wholeness. Emerging from her own healing journey with a renewed faith in our innate healing intelligence, she has over a decade’s experience witnessing courageous humans take the next step toward a deeper awareness of who we are. She operates within the relational field, rooted in a lifelong commitment to safety, embodiment, and divine connection. Divi carries many trainings, licenses, and certifications, and uses all her gifts to advocate for a path that works for you, under the guidance of our Source, the only true healer.
Divi’s practice is rooted in the belief that every individual’s inner world is a unique psycho-physiological system, perfectly calibrated and guided by our own internal wisdom, held in a very unique vessel - our bodies. Divi specializes in supporting loving and sensitive humans who have become brilliant at abandoning themselves, particularly those navigating Complex PTSD and eating recovery, to uncover a deeper alignment that sets them free from old patterns and allows them to thrive within their bodies and family systems with more peace and energy.
An honors graduate of Yale University (B.A. Psychology; M.S. Nursing, 2017), Divi’s clinical foundation was built through pivotal roles at Yale Behavioral Health, Walden Behavioral Care, and Newport Academy. Today, her work bridges traditional medicine and scientifically grounded systems, with transformative and spiritually attuned care.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Divi provides expert management of psychiatric medications while incorporating certifications in Somatic Internal Family Systems (SIFS), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and the therapeutic use of psychedelic catalysts, including breathwork and ketamine. These are tools, among others, that are used to approach each assessment with an open mind and a heart, and a commitment to cultivate a treatment plan that works, guided by an ongoing collaboration with each human being as the primary agent of change in their own lives.
"I've worked with other psychiatrists before for years, but here, in just our first session, you’ve captured the essence of what I’m going through.”
