How Shlomo Works
Shlomo integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, REBT, IFS, and Cognitive Processing Therapy with sensitivity to each client’s cultural and religious context.
He is especially interested in helping people work through difficult thought patterns, painful emotions, and unwanted behaviors while strengthening self-identity and connection to their core selves.
His approach is relational and practical. He also values continuity and makes an effort to remain connected to clients after regular weekly therapy has ended.
