Eli Erenthal
Trauma-Informed Facilitator · Integration Guide
Eli Erenthal is a trauma-informed facilitator and integration guide devoted to helping people translate meaningful experiences into lasting change.
His work draws from somatic awareness, parts work, nervous-system regulation, Jewish spirituality, and years of experience supporting individuals in recovery and personal transformation. Eli creates grounded, compassionate spaces where people can safely explore difficult emotions, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater honesty, wholeness, and self-trust.
As Director of Operations at The Village, a recovery community in New York, Eli has witnessed firsthand that insight alone does not create transformation. Real change happens through relationship, consistent practice, community, and the willingness to bring what we discover into everyday life.
His approach is deeply human, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that healing does not require becoming someone new. It begins by learning how to meet ourselves, exactly where we are, with courage and compassion.
